This includes property owned by partner registered providers where Centrepoint has partial repairing responsibility. The property portfolio has increased steadily over the past five years and Centrepoint's strategic objectives support a continued growth in this area. We have just launched our Independent Living Programme and as part of this aim to deliver 300 new bedspaces across London and Greater Manchester by 2021. This will be through a mix of owned buildings and purpose built modular units. Centrepoint are looking to award Void work and reactive repairs to hostel accommodation, supported housing and general needs housing units.
