Further details are provided in the RIBA Stage 2 report issued as part of the PQQ process. It is currently intended that works will be delivered over two phases: - Phase 1 - New Build Arrivals Terminal Building (approximately £28.5m budget cost) - Phase 2 - Remodelling to the existing Terminal (approximately £27.4m budget cost) In addition to this there is circa £3.3m of ancillary works to support the phases above that will from part of the overall project.
