Vehicles. Our Fleet obtain Fuels by means of Fuel Cards, making use of public forecourts. However, POL have recently taken the decision to recommission on-site Fuel Bunkers at our Norwich facility as a means of providing contingency to any future interruptions to the supply of Fuel at forecourts. There is zero committed spend against this call-off order. The estimated maximum total annual value is £38,302.00. However, this is based on a full year using on site tanks. For the avoidance of doubt tanks are to be used as a contingency only in the event of interruption to forecourt fuel supplies it is therefore likely that annualised spend will be significantly lower than the above estimate (Likely zero).
