The work is to be carried out starting on Saturday 16th July 2022 and must be fully completed, including snagging by 4th November 2022. However, please note the requirement for sectional completion of Harbour House and the Ground and First Floors of Alexandra Warehouse by 2nd September 2022. Please Note: Internal access to prepare costed schedule of work is only available on Friday 20th May 2022 and Wednesday 1st June 2022. Further information is detailed within the ITT document.
