These projects are expected to complete the build phase in the early summer of 2023, at which point the university will seek to furnish these new buildings. The buildings will comprise teaching spaces, office spaces and some soft recreational spaces, the university is currently engaged in testing its thinking with regards to FF&E and developing specifications. It is however, expected that requirement will be to supply assemble fit and installation. The anticipated budget is expected to be in range of £600K - £900K, with a likely delivery period in June of 2023.
