The Council is interested in understanding the current market, and whether suppliers can supply all of our requirements and what solutions suppliers can provide. As a principle the Council is embracing digitalisation of as many services as possible. The contract for the Council's current solution is also due to expire in February 2023. Before commencing a formal tender process, the Council is keen to seek market information from organisations that may have an interest or expertise in this field.
