The programme presents one of the most significant development opportunities in the borough and will play an important role in improving housing standards, enabling housing growth and transforming Sutton town centre. To facilitate delivery of this programme, the Council is seeking to appoint a highly skilled and experienced Estate Regeneration Community Architect Team with a proven track record of delivering similar services to act as lead designer and consultant, to focus on the Benhill Estate. London Borough of Sutton is conducting the procurement using the National Framework Partnership Lot 2 Architectural Services.
