Key functions of any future solution to allow the ERSS to deliver these objectives including: • Rostering and booking • Payments • Reporting and Business Intelligence • Communication with workers and schools • Efficient and streamlined processes that wherever possible reduce manual processing and increase automation • Commercialisation of service Moving forward the key objectives of the Council for this project are to ensure that a suitable infrastructure is in place to allow ERSS to continue to deliver these key functions and provide its service in a modern, efficient and streamlined way.
