## About this tender

Project management of the reform programme within Children's Social Care, this will include but is not limited to:

Managing the 155 recommendations to ensure they are prioritised, agreed, planned, sequenced and risk adjusted

Build on the maturity of the portfolio approach through packages of activity covering further
