Extensive work has previously been undertaken to try and address these challenges. Most recently, Berinsfield was awarded Garden Village status in 2019, which was accompanied by additional funding from Homes England to progress aspirations to improve Berinsfield. The Garden Village status was enshrined in policy through the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011-2035, which was adopted in 2020. More information on the project background and context relevant to this procurement is included in the project brief later in this ITT. There is also further information available on the Council's Berinsfield webpage. A more detailed overview of the project, alongside relevant background information, will be shared with the successful bidder once appointed. The Council's project team for this work will comprise mainly of colleagues in the Garden Communities, Strategic Property and Place teams, supported by staff from other areas of the Council as required. ## CPV classification Other community, social and personal services Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/6668de77-6e5b-4a5c-94da-1067ba9b9f00) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
