The Special Allocation Scheme will provide services to those patients who have been removed from their registered Practice due to demonstrating behaviours that are unsafe for management in a usual Primary Care setting. Please see attached word document for full outline service description. BNSSG ICB recognise the importance of strong primary care at the heart of our integrated care systems and are keen to engage with Providers who can demonstrate a willingness to deliver key design principles and equity of service offer e.g. improving access and promoting prevention and self-care, as part of core service delivery and using digital channels to provide health care online consultations. This process is being managed by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit on behalf of BNSSG ICB.
