This will assess current public and private provision through a report to identify market gaps, future demand, patient and sector requirements, the need for specialist facilities. The report will also provide recommendations for new hospital projects including size, specialisms, geographic suitability, segmentation, patient demographics, regional demand, suitability for international partnerships, required investment and potential costs. This study should also include a financial modelling sub-section related to UK companies, as a way of facilitating future value propositions.
