The system should be able to image through plastic 96 well plates for cell morphology imaging. The system will be primarily used to scan (stitch) slides and plates for screening. It must achieve high resolution and sensitive imaging with high NA lenses equipped with DIC at high res (20-60) and phase contrast for low resolution (10-20).
