Currently, the organisation is looking to procure the services of a single supplier for the recruitment of qualitative research participants, with the main business areas being Social Surveys and Digital Services & Technology. We need a supplier to identify, contact, schedule and coordinate participants for a range of user qualitative research activities, including, but not limited to focus groups, interviews, usability testing, cognitive interviewing and tree testing.
