Hatch Associates have been working with the MDA , firstly on a Fiscal Stimulus Package (FSP) and more recently on phase one of the FSP, the Cross Border Recovery Deal (CBRD). The CBRD is a set of programmes to help support the cross-border economy recover from the impact of the Covid Pandemic and achieve the UK and Welsh Governments net zero targets. This is to commission Hatch to produce a Project Proposal for discussion with Minsters and UK Government departments.
