The scope of the requirement is to supply refillable e-cigarette devices including replacement coils and nicotine salt vape liquids at 3 time points in a 12 week time period direct to the end user's home. Orders will be placed on an individual basis directly by the service users via an IT platform provided by the bidder. Deliveries must be received by the end user within 7 days from point of order. Bidders will be required to provide advise and support on product use in various media formats.
