The services include production and assessment of feasibility and option reports, assessment and reporting of technical reports from external bodies, new design, design checking, technical analysis and advice, traffic and highway modelling, conducting various surveys (topographical, geotechnical, environmental, traffic, archaeological), assisting with the preparation of funding bids and business cases and all other specialist advice as required.
