Underpinning the recruitment, development and retention of talent, the Reward, Recognition and Inclusion team help the University to appropriately reward excellence. Reward enables the University to offer a range of benefits to its employees, including a competitive pay and grading structure, pensions, staff awards and discount schemes, together with management of job evaluation throughout the University.
