We know that domestic abuse has a significant impact on the safety, health and wellbeing of Halton families and communities. We are clear in our approach; ensuring that we are helping adult and child victims to be safe and get their lives back but also that where possible we are robustly tackling the cause of harm as well as aiming to prevent domestic abuse occurring.
