Designated locations are listed in the specification. ### Term of Contract The concession will be for a one (1) year period commencing 1st April 2022 to 31st March 2023 with an option to extend for a further 12 months. ### Value of Contract Operators will provide a cost for the concessions and price will be awarded on the bidder whose proposal represents the highest bid. ### Payment Concession Fees Payment Concession Fees will remain fixed for the first 12 months of the contract. Making 2 payments per financial year. However, if the concession is extended for a further 12 months, a meeting with the Sandwell Valley Management Team and the successful operator will be held. ### Appointment of Service Provider To appoint a single provider for the provision of the Ice cream and Slush Concessions 2022-2023. The Council will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit [in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc](https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc) to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal.
