[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender LCRCA are looking to engage with a cloud migration technology partner with experience working with major Cloud Service Providers to: - - Perform a Cloud Readiness Assessment. - Identify any gaps with the current operating model (Skills/Roles/Processes). - Design the target architecture and identify a suitable Cloud Service Provider. - Design and cost the connectivity and integration of remaining 'on premise' applications in a hybrid environment. - Provide recommendations on availability, security, backup & resilience. - Evidence & quantify carbon footprint reduction. - Provide a business case for the transition to the recommended Cloud Service Provider including financial forecasting and return on investment projections. - Produce a project activity timeline demonstrating the ability to meet the project completion deadlines outlined in the 'Project Timescale' section above. - Produce a resource plan outlining the LCRCA resource requirements and skill sets needed to complete the commission. - Advise on the exit strategy and costs to prevent long term supplier 'lock in'.
