The purpose of this service is to recruit and produce fostering leads from the Black, Asian and Ethnic Minority and Muslim community in Hampshire to support Hampshire County Council (Fostering Hampshire Children) to increase their capacity of foster carers. Part of this objective will be to strengthen the positive relationships between Hampshire County Council (Fostering Hampshire Children) and these communities and build trust and confidence through a community engagement approach. This niche activity of training for Hampshire County Council's staff, support for the staff, marketing to Muslim community and ethnic minority groups through the supplier, My Family Group CIC 's social media platforms/brand, recruitment activity and lead generation is delivered through years of relationship building and experience of working within the Muslim community and ethnic minority groups.
