A key aspect to the development of these projects is decarbonisation of Plymouth waterfront, Plymouth Sound and associated maritime operations. The Council has received funding from the Community Renewal Fund to undertake a range of scoping and feasibility studies related to the decarbonisation of the waterfront area.
