Presently the network constitutes four TD-GC-FID ozone precursor analysers . These instruments are used to measure 29 of the 31 VOCs listed in Annex X of the Air Quality Directive 2008/50/EC (AQD). Theses VOCs are known as Non-Methane Volatile Organic Compounds (NMVOCs).
