This programme has already been successfully delivered across the Walsall Borough over the Easter and summer holiday periods, both of which were met with incredibly positive feedback. The Council aim to build on and further enhance the holiday provisions that have already taken place for the Christmas holiday period. The Council are seeking up to 3 Providers to deliver the Food box and holiday activity pack element of the Christmas holiday HAF provision to a cohort of children and young people who will not be attending a 4-day holiday club. The provider is also required to work with the Council to develop the concept for and deliver 1500 recipe and activity boxes to children's homes as part of the Council's Christmas HAF provision. The estimated contract value is £30,000 for the contract period 5th December 2022 to 23rd December 2022. Please note that, due to the timescales involved in the delivery of this service, Bidders will need to submit any questions about the process by 2pm on Friday 4th November.
