This survey was conducted by the University's Health and Safety team to gauge stress levels among different staff groups within the School of Medicine against Health and Safety Executive (HSE) standards. Data was collected and analysed as part of this survey, and a report produced by the University Health and Safety team. Several themes were identified as areas for change and improvement. External Facilitators - Affinity Health at Work, who bring expertise in workplace health and wellbeing and have worked with a number of University departments, the NHS and beyond. They were suggested to the School of Medicine by the Health and Safety Executive since they had already worked with other Schools within the University of Nottingham and had produced good results.
