The successful contractor will evaluate ReLondon's contribution to increased recycling, reduced waste, and reduced consumption-based emissions in London by identifying relevant indicators and developing a clear and credible assessment methodology that can be used to measure the impact of ReLondon's projects. Once the methodology has been established, the contractor will then assess ReLondon's impact for the financial years 2020-2021 and 2021-2022, establish a data baseline for the organisation, and produce forecasts of ReLondon's expected future impact.
