The contract is anticipated to commence June 2022 and terminate June 2023. However, the council will consider bids from tenderers that offer an alternative contract period provided that a realistic programme of work is submitted as part of the tender. The tenderer/s who submit/s the Most Economically Advantageous Tender, (MEAT) will be awarded the contract. Expressions of Interest and the Invitation to Tender (ITT) document must be submitted / uploaded on the Council's e-tendering portal.
