This will help ensure PMAs can provide effective RCS to the workforce during and after the pandemic. Training will be provided to all existing PMAs. Training will need to be delivered virtually/remotely, which we anticipate of being delivered to groups of up to 20 PMAs. There are approximately 800 PMAs in post in England, meaning approximately 40 sessions. These sessions will enable PMAs to provide effective RCS in view of the current pressures bought on by the pandemic.
