This contract will cover Younger Adults Supported Accommodation Services commissioned by Hampshire County Council. Younger Adults Supported Accommodation means - Accommodation that has some element of care and support attached to it - this could be from a few hours per week of shared support to 24/7 support with a team of support staff This service requires a Support Provider who is confident to support individuals with complex needs who may present with behaviours which Challenge. A management oversight of the Service which understands PBS and can guide and support the staff team and work with the involved Health Professionals to deliver safe and effective support Ability to implement safe and effective systems to monitor and respond to the health needs of the individuals and ensure that support is being delivered consistently, correctly and recording is being completed effectively.
