All People Services enquiries and case management initiation requests are administered and triaged by the AI&G team. There is an opportunity to implement a HR specific Management Information System (MIS) that will act as an entry point to People Services; the system will be required to triage enquiries, provide standardized customer support and resolution to queries, and ensure incoming work is treated in the most efficient and effective way possible.
