The work will be required to review the previous SHMAs and Housing Study for central Lancashire and provide an updated report to provide the basis of housing need and distribution across the three Council areas. The work will commence in November 2021 and be completed by February 2022 Interested bidders should register their interest via the Chest at [the-chest.org.uk](https://www.the-chest.org.uk) in order to access the full specification and invitation to quote documentation.
