Contractors are invited to tender for the play area safety surfacing to a total budget of £40,000 (ex VAT). The budget must not be exceeded. REQUIREMENTS: The works will include: The following is a summary of the mandatory requirements: • Remove all faulty safety surfacing as indicated on Location Plan - estimate of approx. 380sqm and remove to licenced facility. • Regulate sub-base, supply and lay new wetpour safety surfacing to meet safety standards (BS EN1177).
