This piece of work would be done on behalf of all Councils in Somerset including Somerset County Council, Sedgemoor District Council, South Somerset District Council and Somerset West and Taunton District Council. All five Councils have declared a Climate and Ecological Emergency and have worked together to publish Somerset's Climate Emergency Strategy. The strategy is split into nine sectors with one focused on the energy sector.
