The evaluation will serve several purposes: - To report to the Hertfordshire LEP, the funder of the project on the outcome of their investment. - To generate insight and develop a greater understanding of each district's CWB journey and appetite to do more, and thus the opportunity for alignment. - To help the Partners source and align resources and expertise to continue to advance the CWB agenda in Hertfordshire. - To identify possible problems and/or constraints to taking the CWB agenda forward. - To influence stakeholders and attract future investment The value of this commission is to be between ?10,000 and ?15,000.
