In this respect, the following Workstreams / disciplines have been identified: • Flood risk assessment and mitigation to include consultation with the Environment Agency and Council; • Occupier engagement; • Planning Assessment; • Market Assessment focused on likely uses; • Preliminary design layouts/masterplanning; • Demolition/site clearance assessment; and • Appraisal/valuation. A staged approach is adopted for the different workstreams identified above in order to manage the budget and avoid potential abortive costs.
