Vehicles. Our Fleet obtain Fuels by means of Fuel Cards, making use of public forecourts. However, POL have recently taken the decision to recommission on-site Fuel Bunker at our Birmingham facility as a means of providing contingency to any future interruptions to the supply of Fuel at forecourts. POL ran a further competition against the CCS Framework RM6177 (National Fuels 2) Lot 1 (against the appropriate regional sub-lot), for the supply of HVO (Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil) or Ultra Low Sulphur Diesel and shall be making use of the Call-Off Terms of that framework. This was in line with PCR 2015 running a further competition fairly and equally between suppliers giving them all the same chance to bid and used and weighted scoring criteria to assess their pricing responses.
