This service is expected to commence as soon as possible subject to Cornwall Council Contract Procedure Rules and to expire 31st March 2024. This provision required includes: - Housing Management for residents. - Intensive Housing Management for residents. - Management of the building. - Supply, installation and monitoring of CCTV.
