The power assistance will help overcome hilly terrain as a barrier that is often identified to cycling in Luton. There will be two elements to the project, the first will focus on families, equipping them to replace some of their personal business vehicle trips with active travel. The second element will target point-to-point business deliveries within the local area. We are looking for a supplier to provide an Urban Arrow electric cargo trike to support our hire scheme.
