Following a pilot project to convert one of these flats back to housing use, we are now seeking to convert another five flats to residential use, on the grounds that (i) they are no longer in use by tenant and resident associations and (ii) residential accommodation is urgently required to meet the high level of housing needs in the borough. ## CPV classification Construction work Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/4435fcf2-a58a-45b2-a760-086dbb00fad4) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
