To commission training providers to deliver mental health promotion and suicide prevention training equitably across the three local authority areas based on need. Training should reflect recommendations for good practice from Public Health England (2016). The training hub will have an understanding of and seek out non-specialist mental health training opportunities that would add value to the existing training hub offer.
