This Request for Information (RFI) seeks information relating to the provision of neurocognitive testing, which the Authority requires for use at the Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre (DMRC). ### CURRENT SITUATION The Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre (DMRC), Stanford Hall, provides both inpatient and outpatient neuro rehabilitation to Service Personnel (SP) who have a neurological condition, including mild, moderate and severe brain injuries. Conditions affecting the brain frequently result in cognitive difficulties experienced by patients. In order to assess the presence and severity of specific cognitive problems, the specialist psychology team require validated assessment tools. The results inform the treatment required by patients and safety of personnel returning to military duties. The Authority requires neuro cognitive testing materials to identify cognitive deficits in patients with neurological conditions. This allows clinicians to determine whether and what treatment strategies are required to improve cognitive functioning or compensate with strategies to manage deficits identified. The test results help to inform whether a SP will be able to return to a military role. ### REQUIREMENT - The Contractor is to provide a range of neuro cognitive testing materials including: - TOMM - TOPF - WAIS - WMS - D-KEFS - Hayling and Brixton - RBANS - The Authority shall require the test booklets to be delivered to: ### DMRC ### Neuro Services Manager Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre ### Stanford Hall Stanford on Soar Loughborough ### England ### LE12 5BL ### CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES The Contractor shall be required to ensure that all test requests booklets are dispatched within 5 working days of receipt of order. Any missing items are to be replaced within 48 hours at no extra cost to the Authority. ### RESPONSE GUIDANCE This Request for Information (RFI) has been issued in order to better understand the market. The Authority is inviting interested parties to provide details on their capacity and capability in this field along with a proposed delivery model.
