In addition to migrating and upgrading the ArcGIS software the Council is also migrating the underlying RDBMS to different software. The main systems to be migrated to Azure consist of an enterprise geodatabase, an internal-facing ArcGIS Enterprise and a pair of internally and externally facing unfederated ArcGIS Servers.
