The site will already have perimeter fencing and car parking. Water and electricity will be installed to the edge of the site. Tenders must include, but not limited to the following: Creation of pathways, marking plots also creation of raised beds and composting toilet. Tenders should be submitted on the tender document attached and received no later 5pm on Wednesday 23rd November 2022. Late returns will not be considered. The supplier is responsible for obtaining all information necessary for preparation of the tender submission. All costs, expenses and liabilities by the supplier in connection with the preparation of their submission, the form of tender and pricing schedule shall be borne by the supplier. Tenders should be a hard copy, by post only and clearly marked 'Perton Jubilee Allotments'. It is anticipate that this project will commence as soon as a contractor is appointed.
