This Contract is being tendered as an Open process in accordance with regulation 27 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 as amended. The Contract will be for a period of 3 years with an option to extend for a further period of up to 2 years, and then a further extension of up to 2 years. Therefore, the total possible Contract duration is 3 years+2 years+2 years. 2.5.
