As part of its wider operational effectiveness programme, Connected Places Catapult wishes to engage a supplier to assist in obtaining external feedback on how well it is serving the needs of its clients and lead partners, covering all touch points with the organisation. ### Objectives The overall objectives of this work are to: - design a methodology for gathering end-of-project feedback from clients and project lead partners, for implementation from April 2022 - provide a costed proposal for data collection, analysis and reporting for a twelve-month period, starting April 2022.
