The outputs from this project will be engaged in updates to TfN's Strategic Transport Plan and support wider policy making across the North of England. - This Requirements Document relates to a contract to develop Northern economic scenarios and supporting narratives through a collaborative workshop process, translate these scenarios into model outputs and produce a final report which sets out a refreshed vision of the North's economic ambitions out to 2050. - TfN intends to award a single contract for a supplier for a period between April 2022 and December 2022 (or until each of the services has been carried out to the satisfaction of TfN). - This Requirements Document identifies TfN's requirements and invites a response from a single or collaborative body (referred to as "the supplier" hereafter). Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
