The chapel is now used as an archaeological store and workspace A recent survey of the building has identified some movement to the south elevation gable which may need rebuilding and repair. Sections of the stone dressings require repair / indentation and refixing. There are a number of spalled bricks which also requires repair. Other works include the removal and refurbishment of the existing cast iron guttering Planning Permission - Listed Building Consent: The works are subject to an application for listed building consent. The application has been submitted but has not been determined at this time.
