The contractor will provide LG1 Annual Tests / Inspections, 12 Maintenance visits per annum (carried out monthly) and a minimum six monthly thorough examination (as detailed in the HSE Thorough Examination and Testing of Lifts Guidance) required with full documentation to support findings. - The contract shall commence on 01/11/2022 and terminate on 31/10/2027. The Council reserves the right to invoke a break clause at the end of the third year in the event that: - there is documented evidence of the contractor's failure to meet the requirements of the contract to a satisfactory standard. In this event, the Council will provide no less than 3 months' notice of its intention to terminate the contract Expressions of Interest and the Request for Quotation (RFQ) document must be uploaded on the Council's e-tendering portal.
