The aim of the session is to gauge potential interest, inform the market of the Commissioner's plan for this service and any potential future procurement, and review the potential procurement process. If a procurement is pursued by the ICB, it will be open to all suppliers regardless of whether they attended the Market Engagement event. The Market Engagement event will take place on Tuesday 11th October from 10.00am to 12.00pm at Castle House, Barracks Road, ST5 1BL. The Staffordshire ICB is looking to commission a service which will co-ordinate care for vulnerable people who are homeless, including rough sleepers, within the Newcastle-under-Lyme and Stoke-on-Trent geographical area. The service is expected to be nurse led and must demonstrate a collaborative and whole system approach to prevention, assessment and provision of health interventions, that improve service users' overall health outcomes and recovery. The Service will require extensive multi-agency working, it will particularly need to work in partnership with Stoke-on-Trent City Council and Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council. The estimated annual budget for this service is £200k. Should this service be subject to a procurement, it will be advertised separately, and providers will need to register again when the opportunity is advertised. Further information relating to the service specification, as well as total budget and contract duration, will be made available via ITT documentation - should the ICB commence procurement of the service.
